On the 1st August this year we purchased the ground floor of the Thurnhams building in Lonsdale Street, we felt that after over 18 months we had firmly placed our selves in the house selling market and become a very well established company with a client list of very satisfied customers.

It has been a very exciting time for both Stephen and myself the office has felt a great buzz with regular meetings with all our team so that everyone has an input into how they want the office to feel and look when we open the doors on Monday the 8th October.

We have come a long way in the six weeks as the pictures show but stood here this morning I can see it all taking shape false ceiling in place, offices papered and painted, heating on, lighting being tested a great team has put our vision in place for us.

We have no doubts as to where we are taking this agency the premises will be customer friendly, exciting modern but retaining the focus of an independent local estate agent which has become our trade mark in the past 18 months.
