Stephen has been in the property market for 25 years, following in the family tradition of property construction and restoration work. His extensive experience in building, valuing and selling property brings both knowledge and professionalism to this newly formed business.

To provide sound, honest and impartial advice to both buyers and sellers of property in and around the Carlisle area. I aim to ensure that an open two way relationship exists with our clients which in turn leads to a high standard of customer care.

 

Like Stephen, Tina has many years of experience in the property management trade, most recently as Senior Sales negotiator for Allan Builders with all aspects of sales including valuations, searches and the legal minefield of buying and selling property. Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and a sound commitment to customer care.

To ensure that customers receive the level of advice and assistance they require when buying or selling their home. At the end of the day I know I have helped them through another stage in one of the biggest transactions of their lives.

 

Joanne has been working for Allan Estate Agents since they opened. Joanne has a back ground in customer relations and brings with her an organised and enthusiastic approach. Joanne has also completed NAEA Technical Award in Sales of residential properties which has given her a more in depth knowledge of estate agency.

Steve has over 13 years experience in the property and Financial Services industry. He has the full FPC and CeMAP qualification, as well as the NAEA Technical Award and the ARLA Technical Award, putting him in a unique position to help customers in the home buying and selling process.

My Focus

To oversea the day to day running of the Estate Agency and Financial Services, and to ensure that all our customers are aware of the choice available in the mortgage market, ensuring that all costs, both now and in the future are discussed, giving the customers the information needed to make an informed decision for their next house purchase.

 

Shelly joined Allan Estate Agents after working in sales for over 8 years. She has worked in estate agency for over 4 years and has been trained to a high standard in all aspects of estate agency and customer service. Shelly has managed two estate agents branches in Cockermouth and Workington for the last 2 years but felt it was time to return to her home town to take up the role of Valuation Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

I also pride myself in providing clients with a high level of customer service and professional advice throughout their house sale and purchase.

 

Carolyne came to Allan Estate Agents after spending over 25 years in the Travel Industry where she was responsible for tailoring products to each of her customers needs, most of whom became repeat customers over that time. She decided that she wanted to pursue a career in Estate Agency and felt that alot of her skills she had developed were transferable into the property market.
